Pricing FAQ

What counts as a "system"?
A system is any distinct infrastructure component connected to Radiant Core — a server, network device, sensor endpoint, or monitored application. One physical machine running five services counts as one system if it's monitored as a unit.
How long does setup take?
Cloud deployment is running in 1–3 days for most Starter and Professional clients. Hybrid and on-premise Enterprise deployments typically take 1–2 weeks including our team's on-site installation time.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. You can upgrade at any point — the transition is seamless and your data carries over. Downgrading is also possible at the end of a billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided live demo with your actual use case rather than a generic free trial. This gives you a much more accurate picture of what Radiant Core will look like in your environment.
What currency do you bill in?
USD by default. Ghana Cedis (GHS) billing is available for Ghana-based clients — contact us to set this up. Paystack and bank transfer accepted for GHS billing.
Do I own my data when I cancel?
Yes. You can export a full copy of your incident logs, alert history, and configuration before cancelling. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation for retrieval, then delete it permanently.
